STUGGI.TV war f\u00fcr euch vor Ort und hat den Food-Check gemacht.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4>Das Restaurant: Gesellig und unkompliziert<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"478\" data-end=\"965\">Seit Juni hat an der Breitscheidstra\u00dfe ein neuer Spot f\u00fcr mexikanisches Essen er\u00f6ffnet. Das Motto: Taco + Colega = Tacolega. Das Restaurant versteht sich als moderner Streetfood-Ort: unkompliziert, gesellig und mit einer kleinen, fokussierten Karte. Im Mittelpunkt stehen frisch zubereitete Tacos &#8211; wahlweise mit Fleisch, vegetarisch oder vegan, aber alle glutenfrei. Erg\u00e4nzt wird das Angebot durch Quesadillas, Nachos mit hausgemachten Dips und nat\u00fcrlich mexikanische Cocktails.<\/p>\n<h4>Die Location: Zentral und mit mexikanischem Flair<\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"610\">Mitten in Stuttgart-West, direkt am Berliner Platz, bietet das Tacolega eine bunte Auszeit vom Stadttrubel. Innen erwartet die G\u00e4ste ein farbenfrohes Design, entspannte Atmosph\u00e4re und mexikanische Vibes. Bestellt wird per QR-Code direkt am Tisch: Das geht schnell, wirkt modern und passt zum Konzept. Die Platzanzahl ist allerdings begrenzt, und gerade zu Sto\u00dfzeiten kann es vorkommen, dass man kurz warten muss. Au\u00dferdem sitzt man relativ nah beieinander, was f\u00fcr ein geselliges, aber auch eher belebtes Ambiente sorgt. Das passt zwar zum Streetfood-Stil, ist aber nichts f\u00fcr alle, die viel Privatsph\u00e4re sch\u00e4tzen. Das Team wirkt eingespielt, erkl\u00e4rt das Konzept verst\u00e4ndlich und nimmt sich Zeit f\u00fcr Fragen &#8211; ganz ohne Hektik. Auch w\u00e4hrend des Essens bleibt der Service aufmerksam, aber angenehm unaufdringlich. Ein sch\u00f6nes Detail: Eine Mitarbeiterin sprach mit einigen G\u00e4sten auf Spanisch, was dem Erlebnis eine besonders authentische Note verlieh. Kurzum: Im Tacolega f\u00fchlt man sich einfach direkt willkommen.<\/p>\n<h4>Der Geschmack: Frisch und authentisch<\/h4>\n<p>Geschmacklich liefert das Tacolega, was es verspricht: mexikanisches Streetfood mit Charakter. Die Quesadillas sind k\u00e4sig und s\u00e4ttigend, die Jackfruit-Tacos \u00fcberraschen mit fleisch\u00e4hnlicher Textur und w\u00fcrziger Marinade. Besonders viel Spa\u00df macht das Guacamole-Stampfen direkt am Tisch. Wer es gerne sch\u00e4rfer mag, wird mit der hausgemachten Hot Salsa gl\u00fccklich. Ein weiteres Highlight: Die hausgemachte Limo ist super erfrischend und passt hervorragend zu den w\u00fcrzigen Gerichten &#8211; perfekt, um den Geschmack abzurunden. Alles ist frisch zubereitet, liebevoll gew\u00fcrzt und genau richtig f\u00fcr alle, die Lust auf ehrliches, authentisches Essen haben. Geschmack, Frische und Konzept stimmen, doch wer mit gro\u00dfem Hunger kommt, sollte ein paar Tacos mehr einplanen. Daf\u00fcr punktet das Tacolega mit hausgemachten Dips, kreativen Getr\u00e4nken und einer Atmosph\u00e4re, in der man gerne l\u00e4nger bleibt.
