Wir haben gecheckt, was Stuttgarts erste Handroll-Bar kann!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h4><b>Das Restaurant: Der schnelle Sushi-Snack<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Warmer Reis trifft auf frischen Fisch und ein knuspriges Algenblatt: Das NORI serviert Temaki (Handrolls) nach japanischem Vorbild. Das Besondere: Die Rollen werden direkt hinter der Bar zubereitet und wandern ohne Umwege von der Hand der K\u00f6ch*innen in deine. Warum der Stress? Damit das Nori-Blatt keine Zeit hat, Feuchtigkeit zu ziehen und sch\u00f6n cross bleibt. Darin warmer Reis und frische Zutaten wie Fisch und Gem\u00fcse und der schnelle Mittag- oder Abendsnack ist fertig.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Die Location: Wabi-Sabi-Style und offene Fronten<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dort, wo fr\u00fcher das The Gardener\u2019s Nosh war, ist jetzt japanische \u00c4sthetik eingezogen. Die Bar ist im sogenannten Wabi-Sabi-Stil gehalten: reduziert, naturverbunden und stilvoll. Das Herzst\u00fcck ist die gro\u00dfe Theke, an der auch gegessen wird. Das schafft N\u00e4he, denn man sitzt direkt vor den K\u00f6ch*innen, schaut ihnen beim Rollen zu und bekommt die Handroll sofort serviert. Wer sich nicht entscheiden kann, greift zu den Set-Men\u00fcs (3 Rolls f\u00fcr 17 \u20ac oder 4 f\u00fcr 22 \u20ac). Auch Veggies kommen mit Varianten wie Gurke mit ger\u00e4ucherter Sesamso\u00dfe oder Omelette voll auf ihre Kosten. Dazu gibt es gibt es ausgew\u00e4hlte Sides wie den Smashed Cucumber Salad oder Kimchi. Die Drink-Auswahl rundet das Erlebnis ab: Vom Tokyo Sour mit Sake und Yuzu bis hin zu einer Limonade oder Matcha Latte ist alles dabei. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wichtig zu wissen: &#8222;Card only&#8220; &#8211; dein Bargeld kannst du zu Hause lassen!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Der Service: Schnell und auf Augenh\u00f6he<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2\">Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Da das Handroll-Konzept f\u00fcr viele noch neu ist, nimmt sich das Team Zeit, den Ablauf kurz zu erkl\u00e4ren und danach l\u00e4uft alles wie am Schn\u00fcrchen. Die Geschwindigkeit der K\u00f6ch*innen hat uns dabei am meisten beeindruckt: Ich glaube, es sind keine zehn Minuten vergangen, bis nach dem Betreten des Restaurants bereits die erste Handroll vor mir lag. Obwohl es w\u00e4hrend unseres Besuchs schlagartig voll wurde, blieb der Service schnell und top organisiert. Besonders angenehm: Das Personal war immer genau dann pr\u00e4sent, wenn wir eine Frage oder einen neuen Wunsch hatten, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Empfehlungen der Bedienung haben unseren Geschmack dabei voll getroffen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-104409\" src=\"http:\/\/stuggitv.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/BB-1-3-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><b>Der Geschmack: Ein Erlebnis f\u00fcr die Sinne<\/b><\/h4>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Das Essen hat uns wirklich \u00fcberrascht. Man hat die Qualit\u00e4t und Frische der Zutaten bei jedem Biss schmecken k\u00f6nnen. Au\u00dferdem hatten die K\u00f6ch*innen ein super Timing: Sie scheinen genau zu sp\u00fcren, wann man bereit f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chste Rolle ist, damit diese wirklich genau zur richtigen Zeit serviert wird und noch einen tollen Crunch-Effekt hat. Wir haben uns f\u00fcr das 4er-Set mit Thunfisch, Garnele, Lachs und Coleslaw sowie die Handrolls mit Snowcrab und japanischem Omelette entschieden. Besonders der Lachs und die Snowcrab waren dabei ein absolutes Highlight. Dazu gab es einen herrlich knackigen Smashed Cucumber Salad. Unser einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Auswahl an alkoholfreien Drinks ist etwas \u00fcberschaubar und die Yuzu-Limonade war lecker, aber leider nicht hausgemacht.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Preis-Leistung: Hochwertige Zutaten haben ihren Preis<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Die Rollen liegen preislich zwischen 5 \u20ac und 16 \u20ac. Da es sich um hochwertige Zutaten und ein spezielles Konzept handelt, ist das absolut vertretbar. Um richtig satt zu werden, sollte man allerdings etwa vier Rollen einplanen und muss so schon etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen. Unser Tipp: Entscheidet euch f\u00fcr eins von den beiden Set-Angeboten, denn die sind im Preis total fair.
