Marihuana wird immer mehr zur Alltagsdroge. Anscheinend Grund genug f\u00fcr die Gr\u00fcnen und den Deutschen Hanfverband, die Legalisierung von Cannabis in Deutschland zu fordern. Was sagt ihr dazu?<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Cannabis in Deutschland<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Laut des Deutschen Hanfverbandes konsumieren in Deutschland ca. <strong>vier Millionen<\/strong> Menschen Cannabis. Allerdings ist das Anbauen, Herstellen, Handel treiben, Importieren, Exportieren, Abgeben oder Besitzen dieser Droge in Deutschland<strong> gesetzlich verboten<\/strong>. Abschnitt sechs des Bet\u00e4ubungsmittelgesetzes untersagt das Konsumieren von Cannabis. Macht man sich durch den Umgang mit Marihuana strafbar, k\u00f6nnen eine Geldstrafe oder bis zu f\u00fcnf Jahre lange\u00a0<strong>Freiheitsstrafe<\/strong> drohen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Hanf als Heilmittel<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fcr den <strong>Heilungsprozess<\/strong> bestimmter Krankheiten l\u00e4sst das Gesetz geringe Ausnahmen zu. F\u00fcr Patienten ist der Konsum geringer Mengen Cannabis erlaubt. Allerdings rauchen sie dann keinen Joint, sondern bekommen den Wirkstoff in Pillen- oder Tropfenform zugef\u00fchrt. Wer bei einem Arzt allerdings falsche Angaben t\u00e4tigt, um an Cannabis zu gelangen, macht sich strafbar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Ein Video sorgt f\u00fcr Aufruhr<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Im Zuge der <strong>Ice Bucket Challenge<\/strong>, die dieses Jahr im Fr\u00fchjahr veranstaltet wurde, kippte sich auch der Gr\u00fcnen-Vorsitzende <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.oezdemir.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cem \u00d6zdemir <\/a><\/strong>einen Eimer mit eiskaltem Wasser \u00fcber den Kopf. Aber die Aufmerksamkeit galt im Nachhinein nicht der Aktion des Partei-Chefs, sondern vielmehr einer Hanfpflanze, die im Video im Hintergrund zu sehen war. Ein Wink mit dem Zaunpfahl, denn \u00d6zdemir spricht sich in der Debatte f\u00fcr die Legalisierung von Cannabis aus. Allerdings befand er sich durch das Video kurzzeitig im Visier der Staatsanwaltschaft, die wegen des Besitzes einer Hanfpflanze gegen ihn ermittelte. Das Verfahren wurde allerdings wegen der geringen Schuld \u00d6zdemirs fallen gelassen.
