Der Grund: Der vierte globale Aktionstag der Bewegung \u201eFridays for Future\u201c. Auch in Stuttgart haben laut Veranstalterangaben 10.000 Sch\u00fcler f\u00fcr einen besseren Umweltschutz demonstriert. Beim letzten globalen Streiktag am 20. September 2019 waren laut Fridays for Future noch 30.000 Menschen auf den Stra\u00dfen. Am heutigen Freitag gingen gleich drei\u00a0Demonstrationsz\u00fcge vom H\u00f6lderlinplatz, Erwin-Schoettle-Platz und vom Nordbahnhof Richtung Hauptbahnhof los. Dort fand dann um\u00a013:30 Uhr\u00a0eine gro\u00dfe\u00a0Kundgebung statt.<\/p>\n<h4>Fridays for Future-Demo legt Stuttgarter Verkehr zeitweise lahm<\/h4>\n<p>Teile der Stuttgarter Innenstadt wurden aufgrund der Klimademo f\u00fcr den Stra\u00dfenverkehr gesperrt. Auch die \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln der SSB und VVS wurden teilweise lahmgelegt.\u00a0Der prominenteste Programmpunkt des Tages war der Auftritt der Band <a href=\"https:\/\/www.milkychance.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Milky Chance<\/a>, der jedoch versp\u00e4tet begann. Der Grund: Die Band selbst reiste mit dem Auto zur Demo an und geriet vor Stuttgart in einen Stau.<\/p>\n<h4>Woher kommt die Fridays for Future-Bewegung?<\/h4>\n<p>Fridays for Future\u00a0bezeichnet sich selbst als &#8222;laut, w\u00fctend und unbequem&#8220;. Die Demonstranten setzen sich f\u00fcr mehr Umweltschutz ein und wenden sich mit ihren Forderungen direkt an die Politik. Die Bewegung hat ihren Ursprung in Schweden, wo sie von Greta Thunberg ins Leben gerufen wurde. Thunberg ist Sch\u00fclerin der neunten Klasse und erregte durch ihre Forderungen nach mehr Klimaschutz Aufmerksamkeit auf der ganzen Welt.
