Aufgewachsen in Seoul,\u00a0bringt Inhaberin\u00a0Jungmi Ha seit diesem Jahr ihre koreanische Gerichte in den Kessel und serviert diese im kleinen Bistro in Stuttgart-West. &#8222;Misik&#8220; hei\u00dft \u00fcbersetzt so viel wie &#8222;Meine K\u00fcche&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Die Location: klein, aber oho<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>So niedlich wie der Name klingt, so klein ist auch die Location. Bei unserem Besuch um 19 Uhr muss man selbst unter der Woche etwas Wartezeit mitbringen: Es sind n\u00e4mlich nur ca. 15 Sitzpl\u00e4tze vorhanden.\u00a0Zudem kann man nicht vorher reservieren. Vom Kuschel-Faktor her auf jeden Fall das richtige f\u00fcr kalte Wintertage. Bestellt und bezahlt wird direkt vorne am Tresen, sodass man sich nach dem Essen hier\u00fcber keine Gedanken mehr machen muss. Das Essen stand innerhalb weniger Minuten auf dem Tisch. Die Portionen sind dabei vergleichsweise klein, f\u00fcr ein schnelles Abendessen aber v\u00f6llig ausreichend.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Der Geschmack: Simpel, aber trotzdem vielseitig<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Ein riesiger Pluspunkt im Misik: Die\u00a0Speisekarte ist extrem \u00fcbersichtlich. Es gibt insgesamt drei Grundlagen-Gerichte: Darunter zum Beispiel &#8222;Japchae&#8220; (Glasnudeln aus S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffeln) oder &#8222;Bibimbap&#8220; (Reisgericht mit Algen und Gem\u00fcse). Dazu kann man verschiedene Extra-Zutaten wie Rindfleisch, Kim Chi (fermentierter Kohl) oder Tofu w\u00e4hlen. Das ganze wird sogar mit Bildern am Tresen unterst\u00fctzt. Man muss also kein Koreanisch beherrschen und kommt trotzdem schnell zu seinem Essen.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Die Preise: voll in Ordnung<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Die Preise im Misik sind\u00a0f\u00fcr die\u00a0frischen Zutaten mehr als tragbar. Die Hauptgerichte liegen bei ungef\u00e4hr 9 Euro.
