Versteckt in einer kleinen Nebengasse gibt es hier Ofenkartoffeln, wie man sie noch nie gesehen hat. Die Kartoffeln werden mit Kalbsmaultasche, Lachs, Ziegenk\u00e4se oder Apfel-Birnen-Chutney (Chutney = w\u00fcrzige, indische Sauce) kombiniert und dabei v\u00f6llig neu erfunden. Der Name Grombier ist schw\u00e4bisch und bedeutet nichts anderes als: Kartoffel.<\/p>\n<h4>Die Location: Versteckt in Top-Lage<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Die Lage des \u201eGrombier\u201c liegt herrlich versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse in der Innenstadt \u2013 top zentral zum Roteb\u00fchlplatz oder der Haltestelle Rathaus. Somit ist man nicht weit von Bars &amp; Co entfernt, will man danach weiterziehen oder einen Shopping-Bummel anschlie\u00dfen. Das Ambiente ist liebevoll dekoriert, bestellt wird direkt an der Theke. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, bereitet die Kartoffel frisch vor den eigenen Augen zu und bringt sie sogar an den Tisch. F\u00fcr hungrige Unentschlossene gibt\u2019s auch eine Empfehlung des Hauses: Die Kartoffel \u201eKlinsmann\u201c.<\/p>\n<h4>Der Geschmack: Au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Kombinationen<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Zur Auswahl stehen sechs Standardkartoffeln und Salate, benannt nach bekannten Fu\u00dfballern und ihren Trainern. Da gibt es die Kartoffel \u201eKlinsmann\u201c, auch w\u00e4hlbar als Salat \u201eJ\u00fcrgen\u201c. Die Kartoffel \u201eLarsson\u201c, w\u00e4hlbar als Salat \u201eHenrik\u201c (schwedischer Fu\u00dfballer). Die Karoffel \u201eMaldini\u201c, als Salat \u201ePaolo\u201c (italiensicher Fu\u00dfballer). Nach demselben Prinzip stehen auch Nicolas Anelka (franz\u00f6sischer Fu\u00dfballer), Dimitar Berbatov (bulgarischer Fu\u00dfballer) und Ali Karimi (iranischer Fu\u00dfballer) auf dem Feld, \u00e4\u00e4hh dem Teller.<br \/>\nHinter den Fu\u00dfballnamen verstecken sich au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Ofenkartoffel-Varianten f\u00fcr Fleischliebhaber, Vegetarier und Veganer: \u201eKlinsmann\u201c kommt mit dem Topping Kalbsmaultasche, Gurkensalat, Kresse und Zwiebeln lecker schw\u00e4bisch daher. Die Kombination aus Gurke, Kartoffel und Maultasche erg\u00e4nzt sich perfekt. \u201eLarsson\u201c bietet Lachs und Belugalinsen, \u201eAnelka\u201c Ziegenk\u00e4se, Apfel-Birnen-Chutney, Waln\u00fcsse und Couscous. Die vegetarischen und veganen Varianten enthalten entweder Couscous, Humus oder Belugalinsen. Man muss diese Bel\u00e4ge daher auf jeden Fall m\u00f6gen.<br \/>\nJe nach Saison k\u00f6nnen auch neue Variationen die Ladentheke erobern, so wie gerade \u201eClaudio Pizarro\u201c. Eine S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffel mit Banane, Kokos-Tapiokacreme, Hafercrunch, Zartbitterschokolade und Heidelbeeren. Wer w\u00e4re jemals alleine auf diese Kombo gekommen? Neben dem omin\u00f6sen Erdapfel gibt es auch au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Getr\u00e4nke anstatt den altbekannten Softdrinks: Zum Beispiel Stuggi- und Alb-Schorle. Wer zum Feierabend ansto\u00dfen m\u00f6chte, kann auch zum 8 Grad Weinschorle oder ApfelDieb Cider greifen.<\/p>\n<h4>Die Preise: Satt f\u00fcr unter 8 Euro<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Die Kartoffeln und Salate kosten je nach Belag zwischen 6,50 und 7,30 Euro. Eine Spezi gibt es f\u00fcr 2,50 Euro. Die Preise sind daher nur bedingt ein schw\u00e4bisches Schn\u00e4ppchen, f\u00fcr das, was man bekommt aber auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt. Denn auch wenn es ein bisschen so scheint, das Grombier ist kein Schnellimbiss-Essen, sondern eine Geschmacksexplosion.
