Insgesamt 1376 Wohnungen hat die Stadt Stuttgart im Jahr 2020 gebaut. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr sind das nur 452 Neubau-Wohnungen mehr. Bezahlbarer Wohnung ist in Stuttgart Mangelware. Laut einer Auswertung der Immobilienforscher „F+B“ aus dem vergangenen M\u00e4rz hat Stuttgart zudem mit 10,38 Euro die deutschlandweit h\u00f6chste Nettokaltmiete im gro\u00dfst\u00e4dtischen Vergleich. Damit l\u00e4ge die Landeshauptstadt 46 Prozent \u00fcber dem Mietspiegel-Durchschnitt von 7,11 Euro, so die Immobilienexperten.
