Stuttgart will Solarausbau vorantreiben<\/h4>\n

Stuttgart will beim Ausbau von Solaranlagen durchstarten, um das Klima zu sch\u00fctzen und um die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von Energieimporten zu reduzieren. Umweltb\u00fcrgermeister Peter P\u00e4tzold und Schulb\u00fcrgermeisterin Isabel Fezer haben am gestrigen Montag am Beispiel der Photovoltaik-Anlage auf dem Dach des Eschbach-Gymnasiums die st\u00e4dtischen Aktivit\u00e4ten zum Ausbau der erneuerbaren Energien vorgestellt. Dabei hat der B\u00fcrgermeister auch \u00fcber das F\u00f6rderprogramm \u201eSolaroffensive\u201c informiert, dass Privatleute und Unternehmen bei der Anschaffung einer Photovoltaik-Anlage unterst\u00fctzt. „Der Ausbau der Photovoltaik ist eine Schl\u00fcsselma\u00dfnahme auf dem Weg zur klimaneutralen Stadt“, sagt P\u00e4tzold.<\/p>\n

Stadt sorgt f\u00fcr Irritation<\/h4>\n

F\u00fcr Verwirrung hatte die Stadt im Vorfeld des Pressetermins gesorgt. In einer ersten Einladung hatte die Stadt geschrieben, sie wolle \u201eSolar-Hauptstadt\u201c werden. Diese Formulierung wurde in einer weiteren Einladung zwei Tage sp\u00e4ter jedoch einfach weggelassen. Auf dem Pressetermin reagierten die Vertreter der Stadt auf Nachfrage verhalten. Keiner wollte dem Begriff Bedeutung zumessen. Welche Ambitionen hat denn nun die Stadt? „Wichtig ist, dass auf jedem denkbaren Dach in Stuttgart eine Photovoltaik-Anlage ist“, sagt J\u00fcrgen G\u00f6rres, Abteilungsleiter im Amt f\u00fcr Umweltschutz.
