In Zeiten der Globalisierung keine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit. Deswegen m\u00f6chten wir uns in dem neuen Format \u201eOma kocht schw\u00e4bisch\u201c Gerichten widmen, die typisch f\u00fcr unser L\u00e4ndle sind. Irmgard Abt ist K\u00f6chin aus Leidenschaft. Und besonders ihre eigene schw\u00e4bische K\u00fcche beherrscht und liebt sie. Und wir durften mit der Kamera dabei sein, wie sie f\u00fcnf typisch schw\u00e4bische K\u00f6stlichkeiten zubereitet. Heute gibt es:<\/p>\n<h4>Saure Kutteln mit Bratkartoffeln<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 kg Kutteln, fein geschnitten (vom Metzger oder Wochenmarkt)<\/li>\n<li>2 Zwiebeln<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Etwas Tomatenmark<\/li>\n<li>Petersilie<\/li>\n<li>Essig<\/li>\n<li>1 Tasse Wasser<\/li>\n<li>2 EL Mehl<\/li>\n<li>1 Becher Schmand oder Saure Sahne<\/li>\n<li>Butter oder Schmalz zum Anbraten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Kutteln:<\/strong> Die fein geschnittenen Zwiebeln leicht anbraten &#8211; Kutteln und die Gew\u00fcrze dazu geben. Etwa eine Tasse Wasser noch dazu und ca. 1\/2 Stunde k\u00f6cheln lassen. Das Mehl mit dem Schmand anr\u00fchren und schnell mit dem Kochl\u00f6ffel in die kochenden Kutteln geben und kurz aufkochen lassen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bratkartoffeln:<\/strong> In der Zwischenzeit gegarte Kartoffeln pellen und in Scheiben schneiden. In einer Pfanne \u00d6l erhitzen und die Kartoffeln darin goldbraun anbraten.
