In Zeiten der Globalisierung keine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit. Deswegen m\u00f6chten wir uns in dem neuen Format \u201eOma kocht schw\u00e4bisch\u201c Gerichten widmen, die typisch f\u00fcr unser L\u00e4ndle sind. Irmgard Abt ist K\u00f6chin aus Leidenschaft. Und besonders ihre eigene schw\u00e4bische K\u00fcche beherrscht und liebt sie. Und wir durften mit der Kamera dabei sein, wie sie f\u00fcnf typisch schw\u00e4bische K\u00f6stlichkeiten zubereitet. Heute gibt es:<\/p>\n<h4>Kratzete mit Apfelmus<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">500<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">g<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Mehl<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">1<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">TL Salz<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-amount\">5<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Eier<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-unit\">ca. 1 Liter <\/span><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Milch<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">etwas Fett oder \u00d6l zum Anbraten<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Apfelmus<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\"><span class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient-name\">Zimt + Zucker<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alle Zutaten der Reihe nach mit dem R\u00fchrger\u00e4t sehr gut verr\u00fchren. Etwas \u00d6l in die Pfanne geben und den Teig etwa halbfingerdick einf\u00fcllen. Sobald er auf einer Seite sch\u00f6n gebr\u00e4unt ist, wenden und mit zwei Gabeln in kleine St\u00fccke zerrei\u00dfen. In eine Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit Zimt+Zucker bestreuen.
