In Zeiten der Globalisierung keine Selbstverst\u00e4ndlichkeit. Deswegen m\u00f6chten wir uns in dem neuen Format \u201eOma kocht schw\u00e4bisch\u201c Gerichten widmen, die typisch f\u00fcr unser L\u00e4ndle sind. Irmgard Abt ist K\u00f6chin aus Leidenschaft. Und besonders ihre eigene schw\u00e4bische K\u00fcche beherrscht und liebt sie. Und wir durften mit der Kamera dabei sein, wie sie f\u00fcnf typisch schw\u00e4bische K\u00f6stlichkeiten zubereitet. Heute gibt es:<\/p>\n<h4>Hefezopf<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" data-uid=\"0\">500 g Mehl<\/li>\n<li data-uid=\"0\">20 g Hefe<\/li>\n<li data-uid=\"0\">80 g Zucker<\/li>\n<li data-uid=\"0\">120 g Butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" data-uid=\"0\">1\/4 l warme Milch<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" data-uid=\"0\">1 Ei<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" data-uid=\"0\">1 Prise Salz<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" data-uid=\"0\">Etwas Zitronenschale<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" data-uid=\"0\">1 Ei und etwas Milch zum bestreichen<\/li>\n<li class=\"wprm-recipe-ingredient\" data-uid=\"0\">1 Handvoll Rosinen nach Belieben<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Zutaten nacheinander dazu geben. Mit dem Knetstab r\u00fchren, bis der Teig Blasen wirft, dann 30 Minuten gehen lassen. Danach den Teig zu einem Zopf flechten und wieder etwas gehen lassen. Mit Ei und Milch einpinseln und im vorgew\u00e4rmten Ofen bei 180\u00b0C Umluft ca. 40 Minuten backen.
