Egal ob Lasagne, Gnocchi oder Ravioli: F\u00fcr jeden Pasta-Liebhaber ist etwas dabei. Zudem hat man die M\u00f6glichkeit Pasta glutenfrei zu bestellen. Neben der altbekannten Pizza steht auch die Pinsa auf der Speisekarte. Diese besteht aus einem knusprigen Teig, der l\u00e4nger gehen muss und erst nach dem Backen belegt wird.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Die Location: Schick und gem\u00fctlich<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das schicke italienische Lokal pr\u00e4sentiert sich mit einer \u00fcberwiegenden Holzausstattung. In Kombination mit den Gl\u00fchbirnen aus recycelten Weinflaschen, die von der Decke h\u00e4ngen, verleiht das dem Restaurant eine gem\u00fctliche Atmosph\u00e4re. Das Essen kam zwar schnell an den Tisch, aber etwas mehr Lebensfreude und Herzlichkeit w\u00e4ren sch\u00f6n gewesen. Auf die Rechnung mussten wir leider l\u00e4nger warten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4>Der Geschmack: Buono<\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wir haben uns f\u00fcr eine Tr\u00fcffel-Pinsa und auf Empfehlung der Bedienung f\u00fcr die Steinpilzravioli entschieden. Der Teig der Pinsa war sehr knusprig. Belegt war sie mit Burrata K\u00e4se sowie schwarzem Tr\u00fcffel. F\u00fcr jeden, der Tr\u00fcffel liebt, zu empfehlen. Die handgemachten Ravioli waren mit Steinpilzen gef\u00fcllt und wurden an einer Sauce aus Butter und Salbei serviert. Der Preis der Steinpilz-Ravioli liegt bei 12,50 Euro. F\u00fcr die Pinsa mit Tr\u00fcffel zahlt man etwas mehr wegen des hochwertigen Pilzes. Hier liegt der Preis bei 18,50 Euro. Die Preise der Pasta-Gerichte liegen zwischen 11 und 18,50 Euro.
